It is understood that this application is limited to the work described herein and shall be done in compliance with the provisions included with this application and all rules, regulations and standards of the City of New Franklin. The applicant assumes full responsibility for said compliance, acceptability of work, repair/replacement thereof if defective and for repair/ replacement of any existing improvement damaged by this work. Contact the service department at 330.882.3824 a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of construction pre-inspections.
