As a popular wedding and banquet facility, "The Tudor House" and grounds may be rented for weddings, receptions, showers and private parties.  It is often available without charge to non-profit organizations.

*Friday Wedding Rehearsals: Friday may be rented at $50/hr (2/hr min) for a rehearsal if the renter has also secured a Saturday or Sunday rental for a wedding.

Security Deposit: $200.00 - One security deposit will be charged for all related events, ie: bridal shower, rehearsal dinner and/or wedding.

Residents of New Franklin: Are entitled to a ten percent (10%) discount for all rentals. This does not apply to the security deposit or officer fee.

Entertainment: Must cease by 10:00 P.M.

Capacity: 75 people inside the house with 125 additional permitted outside.

Police Officer: Must be hired for all events. New Franklin will schedule the officer. Renter must deposit the full cost of the police officer at least 30 days prior to the event. Failure to deposit the officer fee timely will result in the cancellation of the event and the forfeiture of the security deposit and rental fee. The officer fee is $27/hour.

Alcoholic Beverages permitted.

Non-Profit Organizations: May use facility at no charge, for meetings only, subject to availability. There is a 40 person/3-hour maximum.

  • 32 White Folding Chairs
  • 30 Stackable Brown Chairs
  • 5 Oblong Tables, 6 ft.
  • 4 Oblong Tables, 8 ft.
  • 18 Square Plastic Tables, 37 in.

Room Measurements: Living Room: 16.5’ x 28.5’, Solarium: 15.5’ x 14’, Dining Room: 16’ x 15.5’ and Downstairs Room: 16’ x 29.8’.

Renter to let Tudor House Administrator know: The drop off time, pick up time, and placement for all tents and chairs. If the tent is placed next to the house, barrels must be used due to underground utilities.
